Our Story
Hand crafted brownies and biscuits.
In 2019, the story began with the name Combination. Which was born with a passion for quality coffee and mom’s handwritten recipe book of baked treats. April 13th, we launched with home-baked brownies and biscuits, and an espresso machine. After a few events we learned that our brownies were popular, and biscuits weren’t far behind. It took a few years, but we found our niche, our profession, sorry…obsession. What started in Mom’s kitchen (Side note; come to think of it, it was here way back as a child growing up, I tried and tested my 1st baking recipes, let’s not talk about those first few “rock cakes” whilst learning what baking powder was used for), next we moved to the garage, then into a small bakery and now into a our production studio as we call it.
By the end of 2024, we shaped our focus into one idea: Create brownies and biscuits of exceptional quality to pair with your next brew of your choice. Our recipes are continually being tested and refined for quality. We officially launched our new packaging in March 2025 and with that Combination as it is known today. Handcrafted brownies & biscuits from our bakery… We are excited for the new creations and ideas on the horizon, follow our journey to see what’s next in our story.
