Shipping Options

Clients may choose to collect their order directly from our bakery studio. If your address falls within  the Alberton region your shipping is free of charge and if it falls within Johannesburg region we may make use of our courier service or deliver using our branded white van. Shipments outside of the Alberton & Johannesburg region will be sent with our courier company

 

Delivery conditions

Please note it is the sender’s responsibility to check that the person will be at the said premises to receive the products. Combination will take no responsibility if this has not been arranged, and the delivery cannot be made.

Delivery to hospitals, maternity wards, nursing homes, government buildings, etc. will be made to the relevant reception area.

All orders must be signed for. Responsibility for the products once signed and accepted is with the relevant authority.

 

Delivery in peak times

For peak delivery periods such as Christmas, Easter, Valentines, Mother’s Day, etc, please order at least 5 (five) days in advance to ensure timely delivery. Delivery to these select days are made on the Friday closets to the day of the event(public Holiday).

Once a product is received signed for it is no longer in our ownership

If a product is received however you are not happy with the content of the box please contact us with 24hrs of receiving the box. Discretion of management may be applied.

If a product is to be returned to Combination due inability to accept delivery a fee of R150 will be charged.

Please Note:

No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to informal settlements.
